The Felix Project ♻️

Our highly experienced engineers successfully executed the full-scope installation of advanced vehicle monitoring systems across a fleet of 12 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans operated by The Felix Project, a leading UK-based charitable organization dedicated to food redistribution.

This project involved the integration of wireless reverse camera systems and front-facing dashboard cameras, aimed at enhancing vehicle safety, improving driver visibility, and supporting operational accountability.

The following jobs were carried out on the fleet:

Installed and configured wireless reverse camera units and front dashcams on all 12 vans, ensuring optimal positioning, secure mounting, and seamless electrical integration with the vehicles’ existing systems.

Calibrated each wireless system to ensure real-time video transmission and clear image resolution under various driving conditions.

Conducted thorough post-installation testing to confirm full functionality of all components, including live monitoring, data recording, night vision capabilities, and driver interface usability.

Worked closely with fleet management to schedule installations in a way that minimized operational downtime and ensured that all vehicles remained road-ready throughout the process.

Provided hands-on training for drivers and fleet supervisors on system operation, troubleshooting, and best practices for daily use and data retrieval.
