Returns & Refund policy

 

We always strive to ensure our products are of the highest quality and offer the best experiences for our customers. In the event these expectations are not matched, we will abide by these policies to ensure that issues get resolved as quickly and as smoothly as possible for you. We appreciate your patience and understanding immensely.

Return & Refunds

  • Returns only available if product is found and tested as faulty. This must be notified within 7 days of install or shipment to you. Refunds are not available for “change of mind”
  • We do not and will not offer refunds for delayed deliveries.
  • All returned items must be in the original package and must provide us the order number, specific reason for the return, and original PO.
  • If product found faulty, we will refund your full amount of the items, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.

Warranty

  • 12 months limited warranty for all Android Screens and Carplay Boxes. (excluding artificial damaged or caused by installation error)
  • Accessories get 3 months warranty (excluding artificial damaged or caused by installation error).
  • Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period. Please kindly tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.
  • We do not support individual applications on the Android systems. We only support the Android software and hardware. e.g. If there is an issue with Netflix, we cannot help.
  • All warranty jobs are done at the closest engineers' location.
  • While we do install kits not bought from us, please be aware you will not be covered under our warranty if the kit is not compatible and/or is not able to be installed correctly. In either case, the fee will still need to be paid to our engineer and any troubleshooting issues not directly related to the installation process will be taken up with the manufacturer/seller of your kit.
