If we are removing a previously installed device from another company before installing the new product, there may be additional charges.

If you are installing a device into a Van/Lorry/HGV, please contact our customer support for installation prices.

This cost will be added to any of the costs found above including Ambient Lighting.

70p/mile both ways from our closest engineer* to your location (+£20 if the route involves going through Central London/high congestion areas)

Minimum travel cost is £10

e.g. East London Base to SE1 3BT is 11.9miles x 2 (for return) = 23.8 miles, so price of fuel would be 23.8 miles x 70p = £16.66

*Please be advised that not all locations have an engineer present so check with us before confirming.

Classic/Performance/Exotic Cars

Please be advised if your car falls into this category, you will be given a custom charge for your car based on our head engineers evaluation as they will be accompanying the local engineer for the job. For more information, please contact us.

Terms & Conditions

• Installation and travel cost WILL NOT be included on the sale of the product (excluding Ambient Lighting). This will be paid on the day of the installation after job is complete. The installation date will be agreed with you and the assigned engineer during a call or text.
• Total installation cost and the call-out fee will be agreed with you after your order is placed with our sales agent and will be added to your receipt once paid. We will contact you after order is placed.
• You will have the option to pay the installation cost via Cash, BACS Transfer or Card Machine (credit cards may have small fee).
• You can cancel our installation service if you have accidently selected it on your order, you will not be charged. Please let us know via email or message as soon as possible.
• While we do install kits not bought from us, please be aware you will not be covered under our warranty if the kit is not compatible and/or is not able to be installed correctly. In either case, the fee will still need to be paid to our engineer and any troubleshooting issues not directly related to the installation process will be taken up with the manufacturer/seller of your kit.
